We offer three year warranty for the robot. If there is any damage, we will send you the parts for free, please you install it (we will send you the installation video). But if it is artificially damaged, you need to pay some fees.
1. The Vacuum Cleaner and gifts send from the Spanish warehouse will be issued in 2 parcels, and if you receive only one package, don’t worry, please be patient for a few days and the rest of the package will arrive as soon as possible.
2. Orders from the Czech warehouse will be shipped into two warehouses, the Vacuum Cleaner will be issued from the Czech warehouse and the gifts will be issued from the Spanish warehouse. If you only receive one package, don’t worry, please be patient for a few days and the rest of the package will arrive as soon as possible.
3.Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence, If the parcel is damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper.
4.RU/ES warehouse have very fast delivery, normally in 2 weeks most, and buyers donrsquot need pay any VAT or customs duty.
